2. ANAPHYLACTIC REACTION Added oral Dexamethasone. Clarified Epinephrine dosing.
3. Do Not Resuscitate DNR. Completely rewritten
4. RESPIRATORY DISTRESS (COPD/ASTHMA) Added oral Dexamethasone.
5. SEIZURE (Adult) Added Midazolam 0.2 mg/kg to max of 10 mg. IM with comment.
6. IMMINENT DELIVERY Added “consider TXA” for severe bleeding.
